While we feel that COTS provides a valuable service to the homeless population, we recognize that they have other physical needs.   To help with some of these other needs we facilitate the efforts of other organizations by printing and maintaining a supply of homeless "street cards".  The homeless street card is produced by NEOCH and provides a list of resources available to the homeless.  Examples of the resources listed on the street card include shelters, legal services, housing, job training, health care, counseling, chemical dependency services, and mental health services.   Links to the street cards are provided below:
